Main Specification

1. To meet the requirement of your compressed air system, we offer you the choice of air-cooled or water-cooled design.

2. The combined cooler has a large surface area for heat transfer and effectively cools the air and oil temperature. It can operate at an ambient temperature of 46°C with a discharge temperature below 100°C.

3. The concurrent use of the cooling fan and temperature control valve will ensure that the discharge temperature of the machine is fixed at the optimal level to avoid rapid oxygenation or emulsification of the lubricating oil, which will cause damage to the rotor and bearing of the air - end.

4. A high - efficiency air - fluid separation system reduces compressor fluid carry - over to less than 3 ppm.

5. A low - pressure drop air - fluid separation system reduces power consumption.

6. Double-dampered device for anti-vibration mounting to ensure smooth operation.
